Gentlemen/importers of poultry meat and table eggs
Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you. We inform you that we have received letter number (45101697) dated (15/4/1445H) from the Saudi Chambers Union, referring to the letter from the General Authority for Food and Drug (9843/A) dated (10/4/1445H), which includes the immediate notification issued by the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) on (24/3/1445H) corresponding to (9/10/2023), indicating the registration of severe outbreaks of avian influenza in the "Lodzkie" province in the Republic of Poland.
In light of this, the Authority issued decision number (8595/Q) dated (27/3/1445H), imposing a temporary ban on the import of poultry meat, table eggs, their products, and equipment from the "Lodzkie" province in the Republic of Poland.
